BNP Paribas Fortis - Support Pane

The current support options on the BNP Paribas Fortis website is no guidance to the best possible solution. There is a lack of hierarchy in touchpoint offering. There are different UX solutions cross platform (EBW, EBB,…). There is also a lack of continuous optimisation and feedback loops.

With the new support point we want to propose our customer the most efficient route to a support or contact solution fitting their need.

The BNP Paribas Fortis Channel Design Concept team and I created a floating button. This button will be prominent, but less heavy when opened. It will be flexible on different entry points. And with animation we could drag extra attention which offers more opportunities for pro-active support.

To create the support panel itself I started with a mobile first approach so the different atoms and organisms should only be created in one size to fit all the breakpoints. Next I devided the different contact options into A-B-C-D depending on which option BNP Paribas Fortis wanted to push to the user. The panel will scale depending on the content and situation. Beside the hierarchy I also tried out different colours and contrasts to make certain contact points to stand out more than others.
